Welcome to the Just Response Orientation video! Many professionals came together from many disciplines to provide a look into Missoula County's Multi Disciplinary Team. This training series is an important part of your onboarding experience.

The interviewees were provided four guiding questions/prompts to share their important role in this process. The four questions included:

• 1) Describe your role as it pertains to child abuse and/or interpersonal violence.

• 2) What are some misconceptions others have about your role?

• 3) What makes MDT important for your agency?

• 4) What do you want new MDT members to know?
