This foundational webinar will focus on how technology increasingly affects the lives of survivors and how it can have a significant impact on their lives. We will discuss emerging technologies that abusers misuse that pose a challenge for victim safety, privacy, and confidentiality. This training will look at how perpetrators misuse technology as another tool to stalk, abuse, and further control victims. We will also identify strategies for basic safety planning around technology risks and privacy while focusing on how to empower survivors around tech.
